When you book your course with Phoenix, you may be eligible for a Klarna payment plan. They can help you spread the cost of your courses, giving you more time to pay. Klarna is only available to individuals, not companies.

To use Klarna, select it at checkout. You’ll be redirected to Klarna’s portal, where you’ll be asked to create an account or sign in to an existing one. You’ll then see your available payment plan options.

Klarna offers 2 payment options:

Pay in 30 days

Get more time to pay with Klarna. With this option you can start the course before paying in full, with no interest and no additional fees.

Pay in 3

Split your purchases into 3 interest-free payments. The first payment is taken when you set up your payment plan, with the following two taken at 30-day intervals. The minimum spend for this option is £35.

Klarna's Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. Ts&Cs and late fees apply.

Payment Plan FAQs

Klarna is a global payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payments. Right now, over 150 million people worldwide use Klarna at over 450,000 online stores. 

With the Klarna Financing payment plan, you can pay in instalments for up to 36 months.

Proceed to checkout after selecting your course. After entering your billing and delegate information select ‘Klarna’ on the payment information tab. Entering your email and name will redirect you to Klarna, where you can securely enter a few details and see what payment plans are available.

To be eligible for Klarna Financing you must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident. Your application approval is subject to Klarna's review of the details you provide and your financial circumstances.
